How to integrate the PSA with AlertCentric

Our alert-centric product delivers real-time, customizable notifications about important events, enabling rapid response and improved service. This way, you can use it;

Step 1

Go to the green bar and click on AlerCentric

Step 2

Click on login

Step 3

A new address will open to enter

Step 4

Go to the Settings option at the top right-hand side of the page.

Step 5

Find the option you need and click on it.

Step 6

A new window will open according to the integration you have chosen; fill in all the fields.

Step 7

Once filled in, click on the submit button
