Steps for Creating Audits and Presentations

In this section you can create the entire audit, first, it will be created as an audit and when it is ready, a presentation can be created from it to share it. 


Note that to create the audit, you must have previously created the types, categories, and solutions that you want to include in the audit; this workflow can help you: Add Categories, Types, and Solutions for vCIO




Steps for Creating Audits and Presentations




Step 1 


Green bar >> vCIOHero







Step 2


Click on the Audit option.








Step 3


Click on Create an Audit





Or the edit button if you already have an audit (in this case jump to step 7)

 







Step 4


Select the client for which you are going to create this Audit








Step 5


Fill in the fields








Step 6


Select From the Template at the Starting point, choose the template, and then, click the Create button.


* You may notice that you could start an audit from scratch without a template. To do this simply skip the starting point field and click on the Create button directly.










Step 7


You can create or edit the audit from this page.









Step 8


When finished please click on the Save button







To create a presentation:



Step 1


Click on Presentations









Step 2


Click Create Presentation 









Step 3


Choose the client







Step 4


Fill all the fields








Step 5


Select the starting point for the first page and audit


* You may notice that you could start an audit from scratch without a template. To do this simply skip the starting point field and click on the Create button directly.










Step 6


Click on Create









Step 7


You can edit the tabs on the Tab layout by clicking on the Add button.


*The tabs Overview, Audit, recommendations, roadmap, and Conversation, are default and cannot be removed.





Any other tabs you choose to create can be deleted from the delete button in front of their names.

Fill the fields









Step 9


Click on Create









Step 10


When it is completed, Click on Save Tab Changes

You can edit the presentation document from the table Overview.










Step 12


You can edit the auditory from the page Audit







Step 13


You can edit the solutions from the table recommendations. 








Step 14


Make sure that all fields are full in the solutions

Check Recommendation Checked/Ready. Repeat the process for all the solutions you want to include

If you wish to leave only two or 1 solution in any item, remember to tick the Not Required button, and check the set of solutions is ready 












Step 17


You can edit the Roadmap from the tab Roadmap. Once the fields have been filled in, don't forget to tick the check box







Step 18


You can edit the Conversation from the tab Conversation. 

* Comments can be made by anyone with access to edit the vCIO and will appear in the presentation.

Finally, save the presentation








Step 20


To make it visible, uncheck the Private button.









Step 21


Once the button changes to the public, it will enable the URL.








Step 22


By clicking on the URL button you can copy it. Click on OK


*Remember that the video can be run from the URL or you can include it in the buttons, the portal, among others.
