The software needs to have all end users accessing ITSupportPanel in your PSA. You can either do this manually OR use our Domain Harvester to import users. We recommend trialling the product first by manually updating your PSA with the 5 trial users (if they don’t already exist in your PSA) before making a decision to use our Domain Harvester. Our software will not make changes to your PSA unless you authorise the Harvester to upload users, so you have full control.
