Creating a Support Package

Our agent has a feature that allows us to collect a stack of information about the machine & our agent configuration to help us diagnose issues you may be experiencing. This feature packages up the information into a single file that can be sent to us for review.


To create this file follow the following process;

  • Hold down the left Ctrl & Shift key on your keyboard.
  • Right click on the "IT" icon in your task tray near the clock.
  • Select the option "Create Support Package".


  • Read the prompt and click "OK" to proceed.
  • Wait for the additional prompt to appear indicating the file has been created.
  • Per instructons email the file to us, you will find the file on your desktop named "itsp_diag_file.dat".
  • Click "OK" to clear prompt.
  • Email us the support package to [email protected]
