Creating a Custom Document Page


The "Creating a Custom Document Page" module provides detailed instructions on how to design and implement personalized document pages within your system. This module allows you to tailor document pages to meet specific requirements, ensuring that they align with your organization's needs and standards. By creating custom document pages, you can enhance the presentation and accessibility of important information, making it easier for users to interact with and utilize these documents. Follow the steps in this guide to successfully create and customize your document pages.




Step 1


Go to ITSupportPanel, Client Portal, and Click on Custom Pages







Step 2


Click on Create 







Step 3


You can choose between inserting a link or a document. 










Step 4


In case you choose a link, you only have to enter the name and insert the link.

If you choose a document, you must fill in all the boxes.







Step 5


Check is Public button in case you want anyone to be able to see it.





Step 6


You can insert a link by clicking on Insert hyperlink





Step 7


Fill the boxes and Click on Insert

You can insert a Picture by clicking on Insert image






Step 9


Fill the boxes and Click on Insert









Step 10


or you can insert an embedded code by clicking on View HTML







Step 10


Insert the code and Click on Update








Step 11


Finally, you can insert a Video by clicking on the YouTube icon








Step 12


Paste de URL and Click on Insert








Step 13


To conclude your document, click on the Save button at the top right
