Add News- Step by Step
This guide will walk you through the process of creating and publishing articles using the CXInvarosoft portal. By following these steps, you can ensure that your IT news is effectively communicated to the intended audience. Let's get started!
Step 1
Log in to the portal and search for CXInvarosoft>> ITNewsPanel >> Flicker >> Create Collection.
Step 2
Fill in the required fields and click the Save button.
Step 3
Click the New Article button to create an article.
Step 4
Fill in the information you want to publish. Decide if you want to publish it immediately or set a start date. Then click the Publish button.
Step 5
Go to the Flicker list in ITNewsPanel, choose the collection you just created, and click the Assign button.
(You can also click the button to the left of the name to assign it by default to all clients.)
Step 5
Choose the clients, users, or groups you want to assign this to and click the Done button.
Whatever you have set in the IT news Flicker will be reflected in the News box in the app for the assigned users.
