Deactivate and activate an agent (Windows App)

The "Deactivate and Activate an Agent (Windows App)" module provides instructions on how to manage the activation status of agents within the Windows application. This module is essential for controlling agent access and ensuring that only authorized agents are active and able to perform their tasks. By following the steps in this guide, you can easily deactivate or reactivate agents as needed, maintaining a secure and efficient operational environment.

Step 1

Go to your ITSP icon 

Step 2

 Hold Ctrl + Shift and right-click to open the menu. Select Deactivate Agent.

Step 3

Wait until you see a sign confirming deactivation and click OK.

Step 4

Open the portal, and Click on Clients >> Clients.

Step 5

In the "Find a client" box, write the name of the client you want to impersonate.

Step 6

Select the code corresponding to the customer you want to impersonate by double-clicking on the code in the fourth column.

Step 7

Press Ctrl + C to copy the code.

Step 8

Go to your ITSP icon again and click on it.

Step 9

Click on the white bar below "Please enter your Activation Code". Right-click on the mouse and paste the code you copied and Then click on the "Activate" button.

Step 10

Wait until you see a sign confirming the Activation, and click OK.
