We recommend selecting 5 clients and 1 user at each client, so 5 people in total. Manually load the ITSupportPanel application to each users device after you’ve configured your Colors, Logo, Branding, Buttons, News etc. Call your client and explain the value, what it is and how to use it. If you’re planning on charging for the software to get your 10x ROI then you need to explain that there will be a small charge added to their monthly invoice if they love the software. The main value proposition is that they will spend 50% less time on the phone for support making all of their staff more productive and happier. Wait 1 or 2 weeks. Call them back and if they love it (which we think they will) then purchase the software.
