Create and Assign Apps Collections
The "Create and Assign Apps Collections" module provides a comprehensive guide to creating and managing collections of applications within your system. This module allows you to group related apps together and assign these collections to specific users or groups, ensuring that they have access to the tools they need. By organizing apps into collections, you can streamline access, improve productivity, and enhance user experience. Follow the steps in this guide to effectively create and assign apps collections.
Step 1
Go to Dashboard | Invarosoft
Step 2
Click on CXInvarosoft >> ITAppsPanel >> Create Collection

Step 3
Write a name for the app collection

Step 3
Write a description for the app collection

Step 4
Click on Add New App

Step 5
Click on Add/Change Image

Step 6
Choose from where you want to upload the image.

Step 7
select the image and Click on The Use this image Button

Step 8
Type the name of the app

Step 9
Choose how you want the application to be opened.

Step 10
Type the path to this application that your organization uses.

Step 11
When finished, Click on the Save Collection Button. The maximum is 20 applications

Step 12
Click on The OK Button

To assign:
Step 1
Go to ITAppsPAnel. Then Click on View All

Step 2
To assign it to all or any client or user, click on the assign button.

Step 3
Tick on the Client, group, or user you want to assign it to.

Step 4
Click on the Done Button

Unassign:
Step 1
Go to ITAppsPAnel. Then Click on View All

Step 2
To unassign it to all or any client or user, click on the unassign button.

Step 3
Tick on the Client, group, or user you want to unassign it to.

Step 4
Click on the Done Button
