Our agent manages multiple users, which works well for shared machines & terminal servers. This is possible since we save the configuration of the profile on the user profile itself.
When the App runs in the user session on a shared computer or Terminal Server, you’ll see their details appear. You’d need to go to AGENTS >> AGENTS and click the MANAGE button. The list will allow you to assign the same agent to multiple users. You’ll be able to verify as well if any of them has authenticated through their first ticket or requested their credentials.
The critical point is that the App’s configuration is stored against the user profile. If you’ve configured the App differently at a user level, they will see something different even though it’s the same device/agent.
