Introduction

An Appearance Collection is the colors and logo that you want to use. You can create a default collection that all clients get or additional collections and assign them to certain clients. For example, if you have a client that wants their branding, then, you simply create the new Appearance Collection and assign it to that client.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1

Click on CXInvarosoft >>  ITSupportPanel, >>  Appearances, and Create appearance (or View All if you want to edit one created earlier)

Step 2

 Click on Create Appearance

Step 3

Fill in the name and description fields

Step 4

Click on the camera icon or the Upload button

Step 5

Click on the Upload an Image button or on the camera icon and then select a file from your computer

Step 6

Click on Save Image

Step 7

Type the hex code of the color

Step 8

or click on the box with the color

Step 9

Choose the color

Step 10

Click on Save

Steps to assign it

Remember that there is a default appearance assigned to all your clients, indicated by the blue button to the left of the name. However, if you assign a specific appearance to a client, it will override the default one.

To assign the Collection click on Assign

Choose the client, group, or user from the dropdown list

 on the box to select a client, group, or user

Click on Done

Click on OK
