CSAT Dashboard: Creating, Editing, and Viewing Steps


Our CSAT helps identify pain points, measure performance over time, and increase customer loyalty while providing valuable information to improve customer experience and satisfaction. 


This workflow will help you to create a dashboard to facilitate this tracking. 




Step-by-step instructions



Step 1


Log in to the administrative portal








Step 2


Click on ITNewsPanel > CSAT > CSAT Dashboard










Step 3


Click on Create New CSAT Dashboard








Step 4


Fill in the fields






Step 5


Click on Create Button








To see the Dashboard:




Step 6


Click on ITNewsPanel > CSAT > CSAT Dashboard









Step 7


Click on Show Dashboard





Step 8


Choose the period or filter by client 






Step 9


Finally, Click on View Report
