Create & Customize a CSAT Survey
Our system includes a CSAT feature, enabling you to measure customer satisfaction and happiness. This task involves creating and customizing a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey to gather valuable feedback from clients. Understanding client experiences through this process is crucial for enhancing service quality.
Step 1
Enter the admin portal, click on HappySat and CSAT
Step 2
Click on Create New CSAT or click on the yellow button next to the name of the CSAT if you want to edit an existing one
Step 3
Fill out the fields
Step 4
Click on The Create Button
Step 5
To continue creating the body of the CSAT, Fill out the fields
Step 6
Edit the options to ask (or not ask) for the ticket number and engineer, among others.
And Check Associated Dashboards
Step 7
In the snippet subtitle, you can copy the snippet code from this CSAT to place in your PSA
Step 8
Click on Save Button
To copy the CSAT URL
Step 7
Click on CSAT
Step 8
Click on the URL
Step 9
Click on OK
