How to collect CSAT feedback via Autotask?
Creating a notification email template in AutoTask involves a few steps. Here’s a general guide to help you get started:
Access Notification Templates: Log into your AutoTask account and navigate to the Notification Templates section. You can find this under the Admin tab.
