Create & Customize a CSAT Survey



Our system includes a CSAT feature, enabling you to measure customer satisfaction and happiness. This task involves creating and customizing a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey to gather valuable feedback from clients. Understanding client experiences through this process is crucial for enhancing service quality.





Step 1


Enter the admin portal, Click on HappySat and CSAT









Step 2


Click on Create New CSAT









Step 3


Fill the fields









Step 4


Click on The Create Button








Step 5


Fill the fields








Step 6


Edit the options to ask for the ticket number, and engineer, among others.




And Check Associated Dashboards









Step 7


Click on Save Button








To copy the CSAT URL



Step 7


Click on CSAT



 







Step 8


Click on URL






Step 9


Click on OK
