How can I change the associated board/queue

Invarosoft CX processes ticketing with an associated board that you can configure here: https://portal.invarosoft.net/Psa/TicketingConfig/0

You can change the board/queue at any time but keep into consideration that:

  1. It´ll break all approval rules.  You´ll need to recreate them all.
  2. You’ll need to delete all ticket forms´ assignments and reassign them once the new board/queue is operational.
  3. You´ll need to reconfigure all webforms so that the tickets get logged in the right board with the correct ticket type/subtype.
