Create or Edit Sentiment Analysis
Step 1
Go to CX Invarosoft >> ITNewsPanel >>Sentiment Analysis
Step 2
Click the " Create Rule" Button and then fill in the name and description fields, finally, click on the "Create" button.
Or if you want to edit a previously made one, click on the "Edit" button on the right side of the rules name you want to edit.
Step 3
Fill in the fields you want this rule to answer with
Step 3
Click on the ‘Save’ button at the top right.
