Create or Edit Sentiment Analysis
Creating or editing sentiment analysis rules allows you to better understand and interpret the emotions and attitudes expressed by users in their feedback. By setting up these rules, you can automatically analyze text to gauge positive, negative, or neutral sentiments. This helps in making informed decisions, improving user experience, and addressing concerns more effectively.
Step 1
Navigate to CX Invarosoft >> ITNewsPanel >> Sentiment Analysis
Step 2
To create a new rule, click the Create Rule button. Fill in the name and description fields, then click on the Create button.
* If you want to edit an existing rule, click the Edit button next to the rule's name you wish to modify.
Step 3
Complete the fields with the criteria you want this rule to analyze.
Step 4
Click on the ‘Save’ button at the top right.
