About Time Master
Time Master is our Engineer Scheduling Tool that simplifies the appointment booking process for end users and is integrated into the PSA.
Pre-requisites
Time Master requires an Azure AD connection configured for the partner and the client.
Summary of How It Works
Here's how it works:
- Access Time Master via ITControlPanel.
- Go to the Time Master Icon
- Insert your PSA Ticket Number.
- Select attendees
- Select a day OR a two (2) month range for the user to book a time.
- Select Teams, Zoom or Outlook.
- Either Email the link (templated with your branding) or copy the URL to send to the user.
- When the user selects a time, they get a meeting invite and the Engineer has a meeting placed in their calendar and a confirmation email of the meeting.
- The ticket is updated in the PSA.
Tickets Logged by ITSupportPanel
When tickets are logged via ITSP you will get a NOTE in the ticket asking whether you want to book a meeting. The link will open up ITControlPanel on the Time Master section.
