Authenticate using the locked user box

The "Authenticate using the Locked User Box" module is used when you need to assign an agent to a device. This module ensures that only authorized agents can access and manage the device, maintaining security and control.

This step is also useful when you encounter the 'Email domain is not valid for this client' error on a Mac.

 To assign an agent to a device, follow these steps:

Step 1

Navigate to Agents >> Agents. 

Step 2

In the "Find Agent by" box, select Agent Name.

Step 3

Enter the hostname of your device.

Step 4

Click on the "Search" button. 

Step 5

Once you find your agent, click the Edit button.

Step 6

Scroll down and click the arrow next to the Locked User for Agent option. Then, select the user.

Step 7

Click the Save button at the top right-hand side of the screen.
