Force a Sync for a Client

This task involves manually initiating a synchronization process for a client's data. The goal is to ensure that the client's information is up-to-date and consistent across all systems. This process is essential for maintaining data accuracy and reliability, especially when automatic syncing encounters issues.

Step 1

Click on PSA >> PSA Integration

Step 2

In the title "PSA Synchronizations" at the bottom, Click on Sync Now button

Step 3

If you want to force the synchronization for a specific client only: Go to Clients

Step 4

Choose the client to which you want to force synchronization, and Click on AzureAD

Step 5

Click on the tab Sync

Step 6

Look for the Azure AD user synchronizations title at the bottom of the page and click on Sync Now button.

Remember to wait a few minutes for the synchronization to take place.

Step 7

Note that once you have finished synchronizing, you must click on the orange bars at the top of the screen to delete orphaned users or make decisions about users with similar matches.

This is important because when they are not taken they can affect the correct functioning of the software
