Enabling and disabling user creation in PSA

The step-by-step guide "Enabling and Disabling User Creation in PSA" helps users manage the synchronization between their PSA system and Azure. When Azure is connected and users are created from the PSA, discrepancies can occur. This guide explains how to enable Azure user updates to ensure seamless synchronization, maintaining consistency and accuracy across both platforms.

Step 1

Click on clients

Step 2

Search for the client and click on the Azure button.

Step 3

Go to the sync tab

Step 4

Click the edit button and choose the options you want to enable or disable.

Step 5

Click on the save button

Step 6

Finally, force a client synchronization, and if the change is to view the users, wait a few minutes for them to appear

Note:

We recommend that when you synchronize a tenant or perform a general synchronization, you click on the orange bar at the top of the screen:
You have AzureAD or AD Harvester records requiring action. Click here to review.

This is to help you make decisions about users who may be repeating themselves, ensuring you don't encounter any issues with them.
