Assign a Client Portal


This task involves assigning a client portal to a specific client and, if necessary, unassigning it. The goal is to manage client access efficiently, ensuring appropriate access to resources and services. 


Remember, there is a default client portal for all clients, indicated by the blue button next to the name. 


Remember that assigning a specific portal will override the default one. 



* Please, ensure the client portal is created beforehand. This guide will help you create it.

How to create a Client Portal: A Step-by-Step Guide





Step 1 


Once logged in, navigate to the CX Invarosoft Menu on the green bar, then select ITSupportPanel, followed by Client Portal, and finally Client Portal Menu.





Step 2


To assign it to all or any client or user, click on the assign button.





Step 3


Tick on the Client, group, or user you want to assign it to.





Step 4


Click on the Done Button



Unassign a Client Portal


Step 1 


Click on CXInvarosoft >> ITSupportPanel > Client Portal Menus






Step 2


To unassign it to all or any client or user, click on the unassign button.





Step 3


Tick on the Client, group, or user you want to unassign it to.




Step 4


Click on the Done Button
