We have developed a Domain Harvester to import users from each of your clients Active Directory Servers into your PSA. They don’t automatically get imported into your PSA, you need to activate the Harvester on each Server, then use the Portal for each client to ‘Harvest’ and approve the users. This process also handles duplicates or close matches.
