During our weekly catch-up, we focused on two key features: Alert Centric for backup monitoring and HappySAT our Customer Satisfaction Surveys tool integrated into your PSA. Both are designed to help you stay organized, respond faster, and strengthen customer relationships.
1.Centralize Your Backup Alerts with Alert Centric
Most subscriptions already include Alert Centric, accessible directly from the Invarosoft Admin Portal. With it, you can:
- Create unique email addresses for each backup job.
- Automatically store, track, and classify incoming backup alerts.
- Quickly see whether a backup was successful, failed, or if no notification was received.
- Integrate with Autotask or ConnectWise to automatically create tickets when failures occur.
- This helps reduce the chaos of messy alert inboxes and ensures backups don’t go unnoticed.
2. Automate Customer Satisfaction Surveys with HappySAT
When a technician completes a ticket, the system can automatically send a survey email to the client.
The workflow is simple:
- The email includes a customized survey link.
- Ticket details are automatically filled in for the client.
- Responses are stored in a central report where you can measure Client Satisfaction Score across clients and time periods.
- If a client selects Poor (or Fair), the system can notify you immediately so you can follow up proactively.
- This is especially useful during QBRs/TBRs, as it provides clear, measurable data on performance and service quality.
3. Boost Your Google Reviews Automatically
If you add your Google Review profile link in the settings, clients who rate their experience as Excellent will be encouraged to leave a public review.
This helps:
- Improve your online reputation
- Increase trust with new prospects
- Strengthen your brand visibility
It’s a small automation that delivers big long-term value.
