Enabling WisePay Integration
Invarosoft’s integration with WisePay (by wisesync) allows direct access to your wisepay dashboard at a click of a button.
Once enabled you can add a “Button” to ITSupportPanel using the Type “Integration Action” setting the Integration Type to “WisePay Auto Login”.
Step 1: Get Your WisePay API Key
You need to generate and collect your WisePay API key from the WisePay portal before you can setup the ITSupportPanel WisePay integration. Instructions on how to generate your API key can be found on WisePay’s Wiki:

Step 2: Activate & Provide API Key
2.1 Login to the Invarosoft Portal and navigate to the “Integrations” page found on the grey bar menu row and click on the WisePay tab:
2.2. Tick the “Activated” checkbox.
2.3. Provide your API key obtained from the WisePay portal in step 1.
2.4. Click on “Save”.
Step 3: Define a WisePay Auto Login Button
Once you have setup the integration in step 2 you now need to define a button on your ITSupportPanel for the users to click. This is done as follows;
3.1. Go to "CX Invarosoft" on the main menu > “ITSupportPanel” > “Buttons” "View All":
3.2. Either edit an existing collection or create a new one depending on where you would like to place the WisePay button.
3.3. Click on “Add New Button”.
3.4. Select the option “Integration Action” from the “Type” list.
3.5. Choose which section you wish the button to appear in.
3. 6. Give the button a label.
3.7. Select the option “WisePay Auto Login” from “Integration Type” list.
3.8. Click on "Add Button".
3.8. Click on "Save Collection" on the top right.
