How to Add or reset the TFA

This guide will help you change your password quickly and easily. Follow these steps to reset your password through the portal. Whether you need to update your password or assist another user, this guide will walk you through the process.

Step 1

Go to My Account in the grey bar and select the Portal Logins option.

Step 2

Search for the user whose TFA you want to reset or add. If you can only see your own user, select it. Click on the Enable TFA button  

Step 3

If you don't have a password management app, download one on your phone. Once you have it, open the camera to scan the key on your phone.

Step 5

Then, take the key that appears on your device and enter it in the TFA key field

Step 6

Finally, click on Verify and Save.
