Step-by-step instructions to assign a button collection
This workflow explains how to assign a button collection to users in a way that ensures each person sees exactly the buttons they should. For example, you can create a specific button collection for managers and a different one for regular users, or organize it however best fits your needs.

Step 1
Go to portal.invarosoft.net
Step 2
Click on ItSupportPanel, Buttons, and view all.
Default assignment:
It’s important to remember that when the circle to the left of a collection name is filled in purple, it means that the collection is set as the default for all users. Only direct assignments will override this default setting.
Step 1
To change the default collection, simply go to the name of the collection you want to set as default and click the circle on the left side. Once the circle is filled, that collection will be used as the default for all users.
Specific Assignments
To give a user, group, or client a specific assignment that is different from the default, you can create specific assignments like this.
Step 1
You can go to the button collection and assign it to a customer, a group, or a specific user by clicking Assign
Step 2
Choose client(s), group(s) or user(s)
Step 3
Click on Done
To unassign
If you need to remove an existing assignment, you can simply unassign it by following the appropriate steps in the platform.

Go to the Unassign Button

Choose client(s), group(s) or user(s)

Click on Done
