Step-by-step instructions to assign a button collection

This workflow explains how to assign a button collection to users in a way that ensures each person sees exactly the buttons they should. For example, you can create a specific button collection for managers and a different one for regular users, or organize it however best fits your needs.

Follow the steps in this guide to assign button collections effectively and customize the user experience across your platform.

If you haven’t created a new button collection yet, this workflow can help you get started:  Create a Button Collection and Edit it

Step 1

Step 2

Click on ItSupportPanel, Buttons, and view all.

Default assignment:

It’s important to remember that when the circle to the left of a collection name is filled in purple, it means that the collection is set as the default for all users. Only direct assignments will override this default setting.
