Create Ticket Forms: Assignment and Unassignment
Creating ticket forms and assignment or unassignment allows you to add additional forms to tickets, enabling the collection of more detailed user information beyond what the ticket itself gathers. By assigning these forms, you can ensure they appear for specific ticket types or clients, depending on your selection. This enhances the customization and efficiency of your ticketing process, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and appropriately directed.
Step 1
Click on CxInvasorsoft >> ITSupportPanel>> Forms >> Ticket Forms
Step 2
Click on Create New Form or Edit if you want to modify one.
Step 3
Type the Title and Description
Step 4
Click on Create
Step 5
Click on Add Question
Step 6
Type the Question
Step 7
Select the Prompt type
Step 8
Write a Placeholder / Help text if needed
Step 9
Click on Add
Step 10
Once finished click on the Save button at the top right
To Assign them:
Step 1
Click on ITSupportPanel>> Forms >> Ticket Forms
Step 2
Choose the form you want to assign and Click on the assign button
Step 3
Click on Create Assignment
Step 4
Click on the ticket type to choose the ticket and then choose the client you want to assign it
Step 5
Click on the Create Button
Unassign:
Step 1
Click on ITSupportPanel>> Forms >> Ticket Forms
Step 2
Choose the Delete Button
