Chat Log and Editing Chat Settings


The "Chat Log and Editing Chat Settings" module allows you to manage and customize your chat interactions within the portal. This module provides access to chat logs, enabling you to review past conversations for quality control and record-keeping purposes. Additionally, it offers various settings to edit and tailor the chat experience to meet your specific needs. By utilizing this module, you can ensure efficient and effective communication with your clients and team members.



Step-by-step instructions



Step 1


Go to Dashboard | Invarosoft



To see the chat logs 




Step 2


Click on CXInvarosoft >> IT News Panel >> Chat and Chat Log







Step 3


A page will open showing all logs so far.







To establish the chat settings



Step 4


Click on Chat Settings




Step 5


Click on the Edit button



Step 6


Fill all the fields and finally click on Save
