Here’s what we explored together during the first two weeks of our partner catch-up sessions. We focused on our roadmap and shared all the updates we’re working on across our platform:
New Agent Release
• More efficient resource consumption and smoother performance.
• Cleaner experience with single-window ticket logging, bots, and forms.
• Flexible positioning for larger screens and faster chat/secure message performance.
Teams Chat Integration
• Inbound chat can now flow directly through Microsoft Teams.
• Dispatchers can log tickets more efficiently while improving the end-user experience.
Alert Centric
• Might be included in your subscription at no extra cost.
• Collects and scans alerts, providing clear dashboards and daily summaries of successes, failures, or missing backups.
Ticket View Enhancements
• You decide which boards are visible in the client portal.
• Helps reduce phone calls and empowers users to follow up on their own tickets.
Callback Number Field
• A simple but powerful new field in the default ticket form to capture the right callback number without needing an extra form.
Warranty Wizard Updates
• More accurate reporting with device tier percentages.
• Export now available in CSV.
• Device Report tab for filtering by client or OS (perfect for Windows 10 end-of-support planning).
• WW V2 with direct RMM integrations (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba) is coming soon!
Other Highlights
• Google Review integration for CSAT surveys.
• TimeMaster scheduling improvements tied directly to tickets.
