Step 1

Log in to ITControlPanel

Step 2

Click on the circle with the initials of the name at the top right of the window

Click on settings 

Step 4

Make sure to enable the Toast on new chat requests to have an alarm when a new chat arrives.

Step 5

Finish configuring according to your needs and Click on Save
