Version Date: 2020.07.14

To complete Step 3 of the Invarosoft Setup Wizard, and to integrate with your RepairShopr installation we need you to configure a login (API) account for use by ITSupportPanel.

The following instructions will assist you in performing this configuration in your

RepairShopr environment and identify the information required during the second step of the Invarosoft Setup Wizard.

1. log in to your RepairShopr web interface with an admin-level user account.

2. Navigate to “Settings” found under the menu in the top right holding your name.

3. Navigate to “API Tokens” found under “API”.

4. Click on “New Token”

5. Click on “Custom Permissions”

6. Complete the form as follows. We recommend leaving expiration blank otherwise you must ensure you update the token before each expiry to prevent integration failure.

7. Click “Create API Token”.

8. Copy the API token being presented to you, you will not be shown this value again.

9. Click “Done”

You have now completed the API setup requirements. The details you will need for the wizard are as follows;

                Site                             This is your RepairShopr MSP domain name.

                API Key                      The token provided in step 8 above.

NOTE: In most cases, the site name will be <yourcompany>.repairshopr.com. Enter that value only, no https:// or trailing / is required
