ConnectBooster Integration Setup

The "ConnectBooster Integration Setup" module guides you through the process of integrating ConnectBooster with your system. This integration allows you to streamline your billing and payment processes, providing a seamless experience for both your team and your clients. By setting up ConnectBooster, you can automate payment collections, improve cash flow, and enhance overall financial management. Follow the steps in this guide to successfully configure and optimize your ConnectBooster integration. 

Step 1

 Ask ConnectBooster to Add a Custom Integration

Contact support@connectbooster.com and ask them to add Custom Integration so you can use LoginWithToken for ITSupportPanel.  

Note*: You cannot continue until ConnectBooster has responded to your request and added the Custom Integration, once they have responded and added continue onto step 2.

Step 2:

Login to the Invarosoft Portal, navigate to the “Integrations” page on the second menu row and then Select the “ConnectBooster” tab.

Step 3

Enter Your ConnectBooster Hostname

1. Tick the “Activated” checkbox.
2. Enter the Your Host value, this will be https://<company>.connectboosterportal.com.
3. Make note of the “Verify Token” as you will need this in step 3.
4. Click “Save”

Step 4

Configure the LoginWithToken Integration

The following steps are regarding the numbers found in the image below;

1. Enter a name for the integration into the box, this value can be if you’re choosing.
2. Select the GET in the “Method” dropdown.
3. Enter https://requestevent.run/Integration/ConnectBoosterAuth/{{authToken}}  into “URL”.
4. Enter verifytoken into a second “Header Key”.
5. Enter the value found in our portal (per step 2).
6. Click “Save”.

NOTE* The “verify token” must be configured. This value is used by our system to verify the setup, authenticate the response call and troubleshoot.
