Create Approval Rules



Step 1


Click on PSA >> Ticket Type Management




Step 1.1


In some cases there are hidden types, if you want to see or edit them too, Click on Show Hidden Ticket types.






Step 2


Click on Approval Rules ( if it is a subtype you need to choose first the subtypes button and then the forms button)


Applicable only if you want to set an approver






Step 3


Click on the Create button or the Edit button as you need





Step 4

Select the Client you want to apply it to




Step 5

Select the Approval Users






Step 6


Select the approval type 





Step 7


Click on the Save or Create button
