Web forms Logs
Web form logs are essential for monitoring and analyzing the activity and performance of your web forms. They provide detailed records of user interactions, submissions, and any issues encountered. By reviewing these logs, you can gain valuable insights into user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the smooth functioning of your web forms.
Step 1
Enter the portal and navigate to the CXInvarosoft menu. From there, go to ITSupportPanel and select Forms to locate the web forms.
Step 2
Identify the type of web form you want to review.
Step 3
Click on the Report button.
Step 4
Choose the submitted form you wish to review and click on the down arrow on the right to display the information.
