How to Create New Folders for Webforms
Creating new folders for webforms helps you keep your forms organized and easily accessible. This ensures a structured workflow, making it simpler to manage and locate specific webforms. Additionally, you can share webforms via different methods:
1. Share the URL.
2. Place it in the Client Portal either as an independent menu or inside a Service Catalog.
3. Place it under a Button Collection.
Step 1
Click on CXInvarosoft >> ITSupportPanel >> Forms >> Web Forms
Step 2
Click on the Create a Folder Button to create a new folder
Step 3
Fill in the required field with the folder name.
Step 4
The new folder will be created at the end of the existing folder list. If no other folders have been created, it will appear below the Default folder.
Step 5
To move a webform to a different folder, select the webform and click on the Edit button. In the webform editor, find the Folder title below the main instruction field and choose the desired folder for the webform.
Step 6
Remember to click the save button when editing to make the change.
*Note
Use the small arrows next to the folder name to switch views and see the webforms contained in that folder.
