Review a client's users
This guide provides you with detailed instructions on how to examine and manage the list of users associated with a specific client. This document ensures that you can efficiently monitor user activity, update user information, and maintain accurate records, thereby enhancing client management and improving overall service delivery.
Step 1
Go to the portal and click on clients >> clients
Step 2
Find the client you are going to work with and click on the Users button
Step 3
The list of users that are part of this client will be displayed.
Step 4
If you want to deactivate the agent, simply click on the red "Deactivate" button.
