Modified on Tue, Oct 21 at 8:49 AM

Hello Partners,

During this session, we discussed vCIO/QBR presentations and explored some exciting updates and upcoming features designed to make your workflow smoother and help you drive more value with your clients. Here’s a quick overview:

  • Warranty Wizard Campaigns: Now you can generate ready-to-print sales campaigns based on your Warranty Wizard device data, helping you easily drive hardware replacement discussions with clients.
  • Networking Warranty Checkups: We’re about to release expanded warranty coverage for Cisco and other networking devices.
  • vCIO/QBR Presentations: New options to present findings, recommendations, and roadmaps with “good, better, best” proposals, helping you guide client decisions with clarity and transparency.
  • RMM Integrations: Before year-end, you’ll be able to connect NinjaOne, N-ABLE, Datto and CW directly with Warranty Wizard for even stronger data accuracy
