- Go to System → Server Management → REST API.
- Open Settings and ensure REST API is Enabled.
- Under Security, click Add API Client / Add Applicationand enter:

- Redirect URI: (leave blank for server-to-server)
- Scope: select required modules (e.g., Agent, Audit, Monitor)
- Save and copy the generated Client ID, Client Secret, and confirm your API Base URL.
Step 2

- Select Kaseya VSA as the vendor.
- Enter your API Base URL, Client ID, and Client Secret.
- Click Test Connection to validate access.
- Click Save & Start Sync. Initial ingestion may take a few minutes depending on device count.
Troubleshooting:
- 401/403 errors: Verify scopes (Agent/Audit/Monitor) and that REST API is enabled.
- Invalid URL: Confirm the exact Base URL format (https://<your-vsa-domain>/api/v1.0/).
- Secret lost: Regenerate the API client; the secret is only shown once.
