Ticket log - Diagnose


This document provides a detailed, step-by-step approach to diagnosing and resolving issues within the ticket log system. It will help you review the submitted tickets, understand their diagnoses, determine whether they were logged correctly, and identify the reasons for any errors.






Step 1


Click on PSA >> Ticket Log








Step 2


To search, you can filter by client, type, status, logged by, or affected user.


Simply select the filter option you want to use, type your search term into the field, and then click Search.





Step 3


Click on Detail to obtain extra information about the Ticket







Step 4


Click on Diagnose to see the Diagnostics
