Managing Ticket view settings




Manage the permissions you want to give to your users to view tickets



Step-by-step instructions


Step 1


Log in to the administrative portal



Step 2


Click on PSA > Ticketing Config





Step 3


Click on the Edit Button





Step 4


Go to the Ticket view settings title and tick the options you want to disable or enable.







Step 5


Click on the Save button
