Hide Ticket Types
Step 1
Click on Ticket Type Management
Step 2
Choose the ticket and Click on Edit
Step 3
Check Hide for all clients or check client by client which ones you want to hide in the "Hide for Selected Clients" Space
Step 4
Click on Save
If you want to do it only for a ticket subtype:
Step 1
Click on Ticket Type Management
Step 2
Click on SubTypes
Step 3
Click on Edit
Step 3
Check Hide for all clients or check client by client which ones you want to hide in the "Hide for Selected Clients" Space
Step 4
Click on Save
