Hide Ticket Types
This task involves concealing certain ticket types from view to streamline the ticketing process. The goal is to simplify the interface and reduce clutter, ensuring that only relevant ticket types are visible to users. This process is useful for maintaining a clean and efficient workflow, especially when dealing with a large number of ticket categories.
Step 1
Click on PSA >> Ticket Type Management
Step 2
Choose the ticket and Click on Edit
Step 3
Check Hide for all clients or check client by client which ones you want to hide in the "Hide for Selected Clients" Space
Step 4
Click on Save
If you want to do it only for a ticket subtype:
Step 1
Click on PSA >> Ticket Type Management
Step 2
Click on SubTypes
Step 3
Click on Edit
Step 4
Check Hide for all clients or check client by client which ones you want to hide in the "Hide for Selected Clients" Space
Step 5
Click on Save
