The "Editing Ticket Types: A Quick How-To" module provides users with a straightforward guide on how to modify ticket type options within the system. By following this guide, you can efficiently manage and customize ticket types to improve workflow and enhance user experience.
Step 1
Click on PSA >> Ticket Type Management
Step 2
Click on Edit
Step 3
If you want to hide it for all your clients please tick "Hide for all clients"
Step 4
Or you can choose one by one
Step 5
Please write the email in "Override ticket destination"
Step 6
Click out of the box and when the quadr tick appears the "Click here to also..." box.
Step 7
Click on the Save button
