Editing Ticket Types: A Quick How-To




Step 1 


Click on  PSA >> Ticket Type Management







Step 2


Click on Edit






Step 3


If you want to hide it for all your clients please tick "Hide for all clients"






Step 4


Or you can choose one by one 






Step 5


Please write the email in "Override ticket destination"






Step 6


Click out of the box and when the quadr tick appears the "Click here to also..." box.





Step 7


Click on the Save button
