View and show a hidden ticket type or subtype
This document provides a detailed, step-by-step approach to managing the visibility of ticket types and subtypes. It will help you configure settings to either display or hide specific ticket types and subtypes, ensuring that only the relevant options are visible as needed.
Step 1
Click on Ticket Type Management
Step 2
Check on Show Hidden ticket types
Step 3
Choose the ticket you want to modify and Click on Edit
Step 4
Uncheck Hide for all clients
Step 5
Click on Save
Step 6
For subtypes you must first choose the ticket and click on subtypes, from there everything is the same from the step of checking the show hidden tickets button.
