Change the Ticket view settings



Step 1

Click on PSA >> Ticketing Config








Step 2


Click on The Edit button on the top of the ticketing configuration page



Step 3


You can now change the options. 





Step 4


If you want to change the ticket view settings: Go to Ticket view settings and tick or untick according to your needs






Step 4


Click on the Save Button
