Change the Ticket view settings


Managing ticket view settings is crucial for customizing how tickets are displayed and managed within your PSA system. This guide will walk you through the process of changing the ticket view settings to better suit your workflow and preferences. 


By adjusting these settings, you can ensure that the ticketing interface is tailored to your specific needs, making it easier to track, manage, and resolve tickets efficiently. Follow these steps to make the necessary changes and enhance your ticket management experience.




Step 1

Click on PSA >> Ticketing Config.









Step 2


Click the Edit button at the top of the ticketing configuration page.




Step 3


You can now change the options as needed.


*Please note that the queue can only be changed by us. If you wish to change it, please contact support.







Step 4


To change the ticket view settings, go to Ticket View Settings and tick or untick the options according to your needs.







Step 5


Click the Save button.
