Delete clients
To effectively manage and maintain your client list, it is essential to have a clear process for removing clients who no longer need to be in the system. By following this workflow, you can ensure that all records are updated and the client is permanently removed, maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of your client management system.
* Remember that to remove a client from the system, you must have previously deleted them from your PSA.

Navigate to Clients >> Clients
Step 2
Use the search box to find the specific client.
Step 3
Alternatively, you can sort the list by Name.
Step 4
Click on the Edit button next to the client's name.

Step 5
Click on the Delete button to remove the client.
