Refresh an agent 


This step-by-step guide is designed to help you refresh an agent. Refreshing an agent ensures that any recent changes or updates are properly applied and reflected in the system, maintaining optimal performance and accuracy.




Step 1


Go to your ITSP icon in the Traytask bar.







Step 2


 Right-click to open the menu. Select Refresh.






Verify that the change has been made by checking that the correct user is associated with that device."

Go to the task tray icon.






Step 2


Right-click on the icon.





Step 3


 A dialog box opens, and in the fourth position, it should display the name of the user assigned to this device.

2. If the client name is incorrect or missing, it means the device was activated with a different client. In that case, you need to deactivate and then reactivate it. Deactivate and activate an agent (Windows App)



3. If the name of the does not appear, it means the device is not yet authenticated. If you see the wrong username, it means the device is authenticated with a different user. In that case, you need to authenticate again. How to Authenticate a User
