How to Find Activated Devices (Active Agents) in Our System

This guide provides a step-by-step process for our partners to locate activated devices within our system and determine the number of active agents. By following these instructions, partners will be able to efficiently manage and monitor device activations and agent statuses.

Step 1

Click on Agents >> Agents.

Step 2

In the " Find Agent by" box, select "Agent Name".

Step 3

Enter the hostname of your device

Step 4

Click on the "Search" button.

Step 5

Once you find the name, you can see if it is active.

If the right side button says "Disable" and is Red, that agent is active and is counted toward the licenses in use. If you want to disable it, click the "Disable" button, and it will no longer count toward the licenses even though it remains activated.

If the right side button says "Enable" and is blue, that agent is inactive and is not counted toward the licenses in use.

To re-enable it, simply click on that button.

* If you hover your mouse over the circle in "Last Sync," you can see the last connection time. The triangle next to it indicates that the device has not logged in for more than 30 days.

Step 6

If you want to know how many agents are activated in the system, multiply the number of pages by 20 (since each page shows 20 agents), except for the last page, which usually has fewer. For example, if there are 4 full pages, that's 80 agents, and as the last page has 9 agents, then there are 89 agents activated in total.
