How to Log In Using the URL Access Option

This guide explains how to access the client portal using the direct URL method. It’s especially useful when the Microsoft login option is not working properly or when you need to manually enter your email address for authentication.

Steps:

Step 1

Go to https://myitportal.net/login 

Step 2

Select the second option called Email Link

Step 3

Enter your email address in the field that appears.

Make sure to use the specific email associated with your Invarosoft account. (Do not use the username, even if it looks like an email.)

Step 4

Click “Send me a link”

* If the email is valid in the system, you will see a confirmation message.

* If the email is not recognized, you will see an error message and no email will be sent.

Step 5

Check your inbox: You will receive an email, Click “Click here to proceed” in the email

Important Note:

Make sure all Invarosoft domains are whitelisted in your email system to ensure the message is delivered.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

This will open a new browser window and take you directly to the client portal homepage.
