Enable users' interaction on ticket view



Introduction

Ticket view allows your end users to actively interact with their tickets. Some MSPs restrict end users from closing and/or reviewing closed tickets.


To give your end users access to the Ticket View you can review How To Create Buttons Collections 



Step-by-step instructions



Step 1

Click on PSA and then on Ticketing Config






Step 2

Click on the Edit Button





Step 3

Tick options you want to deactivate or activate


Tick options you want to deactive or activate


Tick options you want to deactive or activate



Step 4

Click on the Save button
